Frank was referred to me by a neighbor who is in the building materials business. He told me he was the best roofer he knew and I can see why. Very professional, communicates promptly and is a man of his word. His team did a great job replacing our roof. Even the building inspector was complimenting the workmanship. I really appreciated how well they cleaned up when they were done. I can easily recommend LRI Restorations.

They helped me get my roof paid for by the insurance company whereas others told me they couldn't help. LRI helped put backsplash in my kitchen pantry. We did an extension of our kitchen into the pantry and they did a wonderful job!!

LRI Restoration did an great job get getting my roof taken care of after the storm. Frank had his crew come down as soon as possible to cover the roof temporarily until able to get materials together. I have to give some credit to Ashley!! During hurricane Milton we list a few ridge caps and Lri Restorations LLC happened to be in the area, my husband met them and they came over right away and inspected the roof. They replaced and repaired the ridge caps the same day!! They are very reliable, honest and trustworthy, not to mention super friendly. They will be the first to call if we ever need anything done on the roof.

Called LRI for a roof inspection after Hurricane Milton and can’t recommend them enough. They were able to come out for a FREE inspection the day after the hurricane. Quick and timely communication and a honest company who isn’t trying to take your hard earned money. Referred this company to several of my neighbors who all had positive experiences also.

We first used Frank and his team when we lost roofing caps on our townhome during Hurricane Helene. In fact, he came and saw our entire complex had caps that were not fastened properly, which is why so many blew off. He knew more heavy rain was forecast (which turned out to be Hurricane Milton 😳) so he suggested doing the work on ALL units that Saturday before the rain came. The neighbors all agreed and his team got us buttoned up tight beige Milton. No caps came off and we didn’t have any roof related water at all. I was so pleased I asked him and his team to come help with a rooftop project we were having built. Good thing too because a young inexperienced contractor sliced right through our impermeable layer. Frank’s team came the next day and got us all sealed up in two days and now we don’t have to worry for decades! I’m going to ask LRI to help with other projects I have in mind now. I trust Frank.

We used LRI for roof damage post hurricane. In just a couple of hours, they did a thorough inspection, repaired all of the damage, and charged an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Finally for once, I felt like an HONEST and genuine tradesperson came to my home to address my roof issues after Hurricane Milton. They had really cool drone technology and a very thorough inspection so I could see all of the detailed images of issues that were found on the roof. I was beyond impressed at the attention to detail and effort that was made by LRI. Until LRI, I haven’t worked with any kind of trade or repair company where I didn’t feel like I was being sold something I didn’t need, or they didn’t know exactly what they were doing. LRI didn’t push any products and services on me that I didn’t need, and I had the utmost confidence in their knowledge of my issue and its respective fix. Would 100% recommend.

Super responsive, very friendly and finish jobs in timely manner. After Milton it was hard to get anyone to respond or come out. LRI were very prompt and fast with their quotes and service.
