Update to your response: You are not being truthful. I have all of the emails and text messages from your company that show I was misled and charged additional money. Your team also left a mess at our home, including hazardous materials. I have read several other reviews from customers who experienced similar issues, including being overcharged due to clauses buried in your contract. These deceptive practices are unacceptable and do not reflect the standards of a reputable or successful business. Resolving this issue would take you returning my $1,036.41 you overcharged me. I have already reported your company to the BBB. This roofing company did not follow through on their promises and used smooth talk to secure the contract. At the end of the job, we were charged more than what the contract stated because they included a clause that protects them and allows them to add unexpected charges. If you don’t pay the extra amount, they threaten to place a lien on your property. We were misled into believing they were honest and reliable. It's been a little over two years since I had my roof replaced. When the roof was completed, I complained about questionable wood that might need to be replaced. They sent a non-English speaking worker who I could not communicate with. He put some chalking on the corner and left. I hired a painter this week who said the whole corner has been dry rotted for years and should have been repaired when the roof was done. I want to thank you for the money I now have to shell out for this oversight. Also I complained about my porch leaking after the roof was completed they sent a repair man but it still leaks. I know I won't be reimbursed for my losses. All I'm saying if you hire these guys, check all of your wood because they won't and if you don't it will take a future bite out of your wallet. In there defence the roof seems to be holding up quite well.

Do not trust this company! They will get you into a contract, paint a nice picture of having 5 year workmanship warranty and in the end not honor the warranty. It has been a year since I had my metal tile roof installed. A $28,000 roof. I needed to replace my vinyl because it looked terrible after they forced the tiles underneath it. When the siding was removed we discovered the metal tiles were never sealed with flashing. CB Roofing decided to use MY vinyl siding as a seal for the tile turn up. As seen in the pictures attached the vinyl siding looked terrible after they tucked the tiles underneath it. When I reached out, Robert first advised for the sake of an argument they will install the flashing at no cost. After much back and forth they scheduled a date to have it fixed, two days before they advise there is a fee for this. Mind you I am very well within the 5 year workmanship warranty. They provided me a diagram of the job completed on my roof. You will see I labeled ex.1 is showing flashing placed over the tile turn up. You will see in the pictures attached there is no flashing installed over the tile turn up. I trusted this company based on the reviews, im sure these reviews are not honest reviews. Robert initially stated there would be no cost for the installation of the flashing, then I was told I needed to pay $1500, then he said I would only be responsible for materials at $165, then most recently said I don’t have to pay for materials but have to pay a $200 service fee. So much back and forth with fees then no fees. ALL I WANT IS MY ROOF SEALED!!!! The reason for this new roof was because of a leak and now it feels like I am back at square one. What a horrible experience with such a big investment.

My roof looks great. Rebecca, in the front office, and I were able to maneuver the job between several alternate days after I left the hospital for 7 days. She was really helpful. Guillermo is a phenomenal supervisor. He reassured me about some issues I found, but I'm trusting him, because he knows of what he speaks. I guess my only issue was I spent an extra $600 from my signed contract, but, after reading the fine print, it is my charge. I wasn't sure how a few of my plants away from my house got demolished, but I'm really happy with the job the crew did. My roof looks great... just in time for Hurricane Debby. I recommend CB Roofing highly.

CB Roofing replaced our roof in 2020. What a nightmare! After they finished, I peeked out a window that happened to overlook a part of the roof. I could see that a portion of the flashing had a gap. So we called them, and they fixed that. Then, soon after that, it was raining in our living room! So we called and they did an inspection, fixed that problem then found that the roof vents had not been attached properly and would have blown off in a high wind. Then soon after that, we ended up with rats in our attic because of gaps CB Roofing left open for them to enter. So, we had to have the attic exterminated and re-insulated. Now, 5 years later, we had a handyman fixing an eave, and he noticed that we have several soft spots on our roof. He also told us that we’d have to replace our roof in 3-4 years because all of the pebbles that are on the tiles are washing into the gutters—meaning CB Roofing used an inferior product. We had CB Roofing come out to look at the soft spots because this would have still been under warranty. They came out and initially told us we had 2 soft spots. When I asked about another area of the roof, they said they did find a soft spot there, so they then changed it to 3 soft spots. When I asked how they were going to fix it, they said they would cut away the old shingles. I asked would they be replacing the roof boards, and they said “of yeah.” By this time, I had zero confidence that they would do a good job—but it didn’t matter anyway, because they never called me to schedule the fix. I finally hired a reliable company to fix the spots, which cost us $2,500. We also found out that, on a portion of the roof, they simply covered the old sheet of tile with new, and then fastened the flashing so tight that it is causing damage. That will have to be redone in the next year or two. All this is just fair warning—do NOT use this company!

Very professional and diligent. The crew that replaced my roof put in 13 hours to complete the job after being caught in the rain the previous day. New 3 dimensional shingles on my main roof, replaced the roof on my lanai and a new metal roof on my front porch. Steve kept me informed with the custom order for the metal roof. They were very respectful and courteous to any of my needs and concerns. Zahris Blanco was awesome handling everything I needed from the home office, she displayed the utmost in professionalism with customer service and PR skills despite my anxieties of downpours and the City of Tarpons delays with my permit. The entire process was so smooth effortless by CB Roofing. The city inspector remarked at what a great job the crew was doing. CB Roofing replaced our gutter system, sky lights and repaired some siding on our warehouse building. They showed up and was able to get the job done in a timely manner. And all their work looked great when finished.

Did an amazing job!! Kasey Sale was awesome. She came to my house and gave me all the information I needed and answered all the questions I had. And I had many!! She was friendly and I felt comfortable talking to her. She was there throughout the whole process making sure she was available if I had more questions and helping me with understanding costs. The roofing team came and worked hard. They were meticulous and on point. They did an amazing job and couldn't be happier. Zarah was also extremely helpful and also answered my questions promptly. For my first time doing this I'd say it was a pretty much smooth process. Some unexpected expenses happened (had to replace more wood than originally thought)and they helped me figure it all out. But they cant honestly know how bad some wood is until they are in the thick if it. So if you're getting a loan I'd advise to ask for a bit more than the quote. We just got our roof done and it passed the inspection and looks absolutely amazing. The roof was completed in 2 days and the inspection was done in under a weeks time. We were impressed by the quality of the Owens Corning shingles and the professionalism of the CB Roofing Co.. They sent inspectors to monitor the work in progress and wanted to ensure our satisfaction. We were surprised and delighted that the whole roof was replaced in just 1 day! Justin mead came out after hurricane hurricane Ian took pictures and showed me where damages were i then accepted quote roof was installed within 3 weeks only took 2 days to install went with his call on color of roof ended up with pacific wave by owens Corning he took videos the whole time and kept me up to date with everything from start to finish would highly recommend Justin and Cb roofing to do your roofing project make sure to ask for Justin mead he really takes care of his clients!! I met with Joe Huntley in October 2020 for a roofing estimate. The existing roof was 18 years old and was basically good but showing wear. I received 4 different estimates. CB Roofing was pretty comparable in price to the other estimates although not the lowest. The product and warranty from CB roofing when picking the platinum plan was the best of all of them. Joe was friendly, informative, professional and easy to talk too. I had some unique needs including the need the vent new bathroom exhaust fans through the roof where none had been before. Joe assured me that the roofing crew would handle this and they did. I was very happy to have Joe to work with on this project. I couldn't decide right away on the roof because I was looking at making some structural changes and CB Roofing gave me the additional time I needed before deciding. I signed the contract just before Thanksgiving and the roof was installed about 5 weeks later (the time I was told to expect). Christie in the office handled payment and install and handled questions I had about roof inspection and wind mitigation reports. Everything with the office went smoothly and the roof was installed in early January. I spoke with the head roofer the day of install and explained the need to cut holes for the new bathroom exhaust vents. They took care of this and the roof looks great. I'm very happy with the result. The roof passed inspection and there was a follow up for an inspector to prepare a wind mitigation report which has saved me almost $400 on my homeowners insurance. The only area for improvement that I can think of would have been for the roofers to let me know before they left what they discovered when they removed the old shingles. I was told later that the roofers had to replace 9 sheets of plywood due to rot, but it would have been nice to hear from them about the condition of the roof under the old shingles (where was the problem area, was it just dry rot or was there evidence of water penetration). Our company sustained damage from Hurricane Milton last year and our roof was partially pulled back. I had contacted several roofing companies for quotes and had a great experience with CB Roofing. They answered promptly and sent someone over within a week to get us a quote. I have to say the quote was extremely reasonable compared to others and they guarentee a 1 year warranty. The job was done in a day, and the workers came over the weekend to perform the work. Pictures were sent to me the following week for inspection. We had a walk-through done, and Robert at CB Roofing was able to fix some minor concerns for us within a week. The workers also cleaned up the mess nicely. They removed all old TPO material and insulation after installing the new ones. Payment is 50% upfront and 50% after project completion. Permit took about 3-4 weeks, but the fix took 1 day. If you are looking for a roofing company right now, I recommend getting a quote.

Residential seamless metal roof replaced with similar style. Big job ! Neighbor’s tile roof and another neighbor’s shingle roof ( work done before mine) took much longer. This team went all out to do fine work in a timely fashion. I give them all the credit for knowing what they are doing! 5 Stars ! Photos below…

Everyone was very nice. I had a good experience with CB roofing. They came highly recommended to me By someone in My Church. I called them and had no qualms about signing with them The second time they returned.. Kasey was exceptionally thorough and explaining everything to me. From the procedure to the end results the first day she came over she spent two hours outlining everything that would happen. Since then she has gone above and beyond… I felt very comfortable speaking with her and texting with her.The next time she came over she brought her production manager. I believe it was, Robert was very knowledgeable also. The crew was working so hard. I had to bring them lunch even though they had their own lunch. If I ever need a roof repair in the future, I would use this company. But I don’t think I will need a roof repairs. Never look this good. I am thoroughly satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are licensed, bonded, and BBB accredited.

We have had a wonderful experience with CB Roofing. Kasey came to our home and was able to show us all the products (hands on) that would be used on our roof. We had several options including colors and products. Kasey from CB Roofing was our 5th estimate. She was the ONLY roofing Company Representative that let us actually handle the products. We watched drone videos she had produced of completed roof projects in the roof colors we were considering. We were very impressed with her presentation. Our roof was installed yesterday and it is beautiful! The Supervisor on site kept us informed along every step of the way. This company is Family Owned and THAT really makes a difference because of their passion.

I found 2 leaks in our tile roof just before Christmas, called our builder who directed me to CB Roofing Construction. In the midst of the Christmas holiday's they made every effort to work with us. I sent pictures and they were able to provide an estimate via email. It was very reasonable, they scheduled a date (communicated several times prior to arriving), arrived on time and completed the job within the time frame stated.
