Elite roofing just re-did my entire roof and did a great job. The communication was excellent from start to finish and their attention was prompt. Elite roofing replaced our whole house roof several years ago and did an awesome job. Kim at elite took care of all the scheduling and permits. Earlier this year we developed a small leak and could not find the cause, we called Kim and she arranged to have the her crew come out and repair. After getting quotes and talking with 4 different roofing companies, I ended up picking Elite. They were punctual for my initial visit, and gave me a very fair price for completing the job. The crew that did the replacement was awesome. They were all extremely hard workers, and worked very well together as a crew. These guys all knew what to do, and when to do it. I was extremely impressed with how clean they were as far as debris around the perimeter of the house. They put down tarps to catch most of the small bits, then worked the area as a group picking up anything that missed the tarps. They did this each day they were on-site, not just the last day. They also walked the yard numerous times each day with a magnet to catch any stray nails. They even wiped all the new drip edges down with cleaner just to make sure they were shiny and clean before they left. Again, very clean and their attention to detail was impressive. Overall, I give them an A+ for the end product. I'm a very happy customer, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof. Extremely happy with the outcome of this entire process. I have had a leak for almost a year and been delaying calling a roofer but so glad I went with Elite. I recently used Elite roofing to remove and reinstall roofing on one of my rental properties. They were not the cheapest but the price was very competitive. I wanted to use a company that had a good reputation. I was surprised with the level of service....every call was answered by someone that could answer my questions not just a voice mail saying we will get back to you. The workers showed up on time despite 30mph winds and cold. They had the roof removed, wood replaced and stick down underlayment in place on the first day. I have used Elite Roofing 3 times once for a repair that was needed for an elderly friend to have her homeowners insurance rewritten. During insurance company's inspection they on found 3 popped nails and there where actually 5 additional nail pops inspector did not flag. They came quickly and where very fairly priced. I have had three roofs done with Elite Roofing and have been very happy with the all of them! They have been professional and fair each time. Both the owner and Kim Sanford have been great to work with.

I've had a warranty repair done by Elite on a flat roof on my office building in 2017. The same area now has a leak. We scheduled to have them come out to look at it again. I called to speak to them to make them aware that I am upset and aggravated that I am having the same problem which has caused the same ceiling damage which I had to pay to repair less than a year ago. The woman on the phone was rude, unprofessional and downright abrasive. Because I was upset to begin with, I spoke to her with emotion in my voice. Instead of being understanding and handling me as any person in a customer service position should know how to do, she accused me of "screaming" at her and escalated the dialogue instead of calming it down. It all went down hill from there and a few minutes later, I got a call from my office manager telling me that they are cancelling the visit which was to take place today and they are refusing to come out. Unprofessional, overly sensitive and undeserving of your business. As an addendum - it is now the day after my post above. I had a different roofing company come out to inspect the area of the leak. The guy found the problem - which is the same spot we had the issue with in 2017. He said there was no evidence that it had ever been repaired previously. So, in other words, Elite came out and LOOKED at my roof, but never actually repaired it.
