Oneida was amazing, she was on the job the whole time. The workers were fantastic, respected our home and cleaned up afterwards. Oneida was project manager and came back the next day and double checked the job and the cleanliness. If i could give 6 stars i would. If you need a roof done, go with MODEL CITY!

Following Hurricane Melton, we had to redo our 5 year roof. Ony from Model City Roofing facilitated this process with exceptional professionalism and efficiency. Her commitment to outstanding customer service has been evident throughout our engagement. Ony has demonstrated remarkable kindness, understanding, and patience, consistently addressing our inquiries and ensuring our satisfaction with the new roof. Additionally, the turnaround time for the installation by Model City Roofing has been impressive. While other companies struggled to provide timelines for back-ordered products and delayed permits, they expedited the project and successfully completed the entire project within the day of scheduled service. Model City Roofing was extremely professional. So much that other contractors working to repair our home noticed the difference in the service Model City Roofing provided and asked for business cards to provide to their restoration company Boss. The customer service I received From Model City Roofing and Harvey are superior overall. I have been working with them on a suspected watch and wait roof leak in my garage. This is not a usual situation and is still pending a resolution. This has been a 2 yr watch and wait. I so value that they take the time to help me find the root and cause and are not quick to replace a fairly new roof that it appears may not even be the cause. If you are looking for trustworthy customer service that cares, then this is the roofing company you should choose. This is my top choice. Thank you Harvey and your team, you are the best.

I contacted Model City Roofing to get a quote on a new roof replacement. I had tile, however I did not want to replace with tile. MCR recommended a metal tile roof system and worked with my HOA to get it approved. Once the HOA approved, the process was very quick, on time, and professional. The crews were very professional and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. MCR project managers were onsite daily and MCR was available to answer any questions I had. The roof looks amazing and I'm glad to no longer have any stress over my old aging roof.
