Job site was completely clean of any debris before the installers left. Work was fully permitted by Perez roofing without me having to perform any additional tasks. I contacted Perez Roofing due to a roof leak. Dar came out the next day to inspect the areas of concern and provided a quote. He was patient, personable, and answered all my questions in detail. I'm not a very handy person, so I appreciated how he broke it down to the basics. I also appreciated that he was not pushy/salesy (other roofers tried to upsell). The quote was reasonably priced. Could not be happier! Dar and his team came out and installed a new roof on our 1962 home. The job only took them a day to complete which most roofing companies take at least 2 days. His team was very professional and courteous. They took the time to cover my plants and lay tarps to gather debris and nails. There is an addition on the house with lists of weathered damage which they took the time to repair and correct. Their service was top notch and would recommend them to anyone who needed any repairs or a full replacement roof.

We were so pleased with our experience with Perez Roofing. Full roof replacement on a low pitch roof finished on 8/8/18. All costs were clearly explained and the bid was very competitive. I called Perez Roofing after a referral from a friend and Dar came the same day and provided me with an estimate. He explained the work that he would do and showed me pictures and videos of some of his other jobs. His estimate was very fair and we agreed to have Perez Roofing perform the work. He completely reroofed my home in less than two days. His men were very respectful of our property and landscaping, they were polite and courteous and cleaned up extremely well. We found no nails or trash anywhere after they left. The work looks very professional and neat. I'm very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends or family. They provided the necessary permits and called for an in progress inspection, very professional!

Excellent service called Perez roofing to replace old roof on family members house. Called that morning and they came out that same day and gave quote, best prices in the bay area. DAR AND his staff were very professional, great customer service and family was Very pleased with complete work and follow-up from staff.

I just bought my first home and the inspection came back with the roof being in good shape with 5-10 years life. the first weekend i went over to paint, it was raining, and of course, water dripping from the ceiling. i was referred to Perez Roofing by a friend and Dar came out on a Sunday evening to take a look. on a Sunday! He found some issues with the roof and was out the next day to fix them all, at a really good price. I will be keeping his number handy and using him in the future.

I had two South Tampa roofs replaced by Dar and Perez Roofing. After my experience with the first they had done, when I needed the second on short notice I didn't hesitate to call. It was replaced in three days during the rainy season so I could minimize the impact of a failed roof on my tenant. Polite, efficient, never fails to return a text or call. We called Perez Roofing for an active leak in our roof. They came out same day, provided a fair estimate, and fixed our roof the next morning. They even stayed long enough to determine that we also had a leaky pipe in our attic!!! Perez Roofing saved us so much time and money by being so thorough- thanks again!

Call them for a repair. Mr Perez son in law came and “fixed” the leaking on the roof. Two weeks after it rains and the issue remained. Then they took another look and I assume the issue was gone. Six months after the same leakage returned. Then I hired another contractors for the simple reason I did not want to be taken advantage of for the second time. This contractors showed me what they did, they never repaired the roof, they just placed roof sealant on the area they believed the leak was, and it was actually a misplaced nail from when the roof was replaced. I guess it was better to charge me $450 and put some sealant than actually pay attention to the issue.

We assisted in-laws in acquiring their services. Roof replacement was done with attention to detail, workers respectful of property were hard workers. Excellent work ethic, work was professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Dar came out to measure the roof and provided a quick estimate and worked with my schedule. The work crew did an amazing job and were finished in two days. I got many complements from my neighbors. One saying that "they were like an orchestra, each of them doing their part with nobody twiddling their thumbs." Only one neighbor had a complaint and that's because she used someone else a while back that took multiple weeks to finish. Along with killing her grass and breaking the a/c. Dar and his associate did a great job. I was trying to sell my house, but needed a roof repair done to pass inspection. He was able to schedule me in immediately and repair the roof as needed. His prices were reasonable and he did not try to upsell the situation. Communication was superb.

Wanted an estimate. Called to leave a message and ended up speaking with Dar (was impressed my call was answered at 9pm). Discussed my roof issues briefly. Agreed on following Saturday he would come by for estimate. Forward to Saturday and I texted him in the morning (as agreed) to get an idea of appointment time as he was doing two repairs in north Tampa in the morning. The plan we agreed on was he was going to stop by my house first before advancing to another roof repair he had local to me. No reply from morning text. 5 hours later I called (no answer...left message) to see if he was going to make it. Here we are over a week later and still no call...no text...no show. Disappointed. I gave you the second star only because I was impressed you answered a business call after hours and patiently answered some of my questions and set-up an appointment for an estimate. Epic fail on the follow-up, though.
