My review is for Rig Roofing - Tampa. I highly recommend this company. Our roof was replaced in 2019. It is now 2025. We could not afford a metal roof, so we went one step down. We had our home and garage done. Our garage is a separate building behind our house. We have a 714 sq. ft. living space for the home. I do not know what footage that would be when applying it to the roof that goes over the home and carport. The garage is 24x24. The roof is holding up well. I believe we got a high-quality product. The men who did the work were all very nice and professional. They did a fantastic job from start to finish, including cleanup. The follow-up inspections were done, and I appreciate that. I bought a house from an investor, the flat roof developed 2 leaks within 6 months of purchase. RIG roofing came out to assess and the flat roof needed replacement. I was scheduled quickly, communication through the process was great. A manager came to check the work after completion and make sure I was happy with everything. RIG Roofing came out and fixed a roofing problem we had done from the last roofer which did a poor job. The last roofer never returned our phone calls so we reached out to RIG Roofing. We will never use anyone else but RIG Roofing. They were professional and the workmanship was perfect. We even recommended them to my mom and they did an amazing job on her roof as well. Everything was done as expected. Great job, in fact... But you should have received payment by now. Someone in your billing department should contact The bank that financed the roof and find out what's the hold up is for getting payment for the job done. On my end I signed and got my roof done and that was it on my end. The loan was set up by your company , I applied and was granted the funds. I was given a payment plan so someone has dropped the gun and not followed up as to where the funds are. Thanks for your note. Please advise me when you do get the money in. Valerie Courson
