Safebay Roofing was great! So many fly by night roofing company's come in from out of state when there is a storm, and then they’re gone. So it was nice to know Safebay Roofing is a local company and someone that you can trust. The customer service was great! Amazing service! We love Safebay! They were so friendly and kind and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They also did an incredible job cleaning up afterwards. My yard looked better after they were done than it looked before.

Called me 6 times in one day from different numbers. I asked them to stop calling because it was the 6th time. Guy on the phone said “let’s make it 10” and proceeded to call me two more times from different numbers. Even said “it’s me again” when he called back. I was waiting for a call so had to answer

Generally I turn away solicitors at the door . But this time I let them talk . Tim was in training by Kim and both were professional and courteous . When they explained they were from Safebay Roofing I decided , since I did need a roof , to let them schedule an appointment for inspection . After that inspection , done by Charley , I called the insurance company . Charley talked to them about the roof and had them send out the Insurance inspector . Once that was done Safebay installed my new roof in one day . Tim was there to make sure all went as planned . They handled everything with the insurance company . The roofers did a great job of installing the roof and cleaning up afterwards . 👏 And all I had to pay was my deductible ! All the folks from Safebay were great and I will/would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your roofing needs . 👍

I was in need of a new roof but was not quite ready when Tim from Safebay roofing stopped by and left me his card. 2 weeks later I called and it was the best thing I did! I am extremely happy with their work and professionalism would recommend them to all. Thanks guys!

At first I gave 5 stars. They did great work. They did have 1 mistake which they fixed instantly and without question. After, when it came time to pay. They came by and collected what we thought was the final payment then a few days they called and said that we still owed them another 1200.00.

SafeBay Roofing and Construction saved me from being dropped from my insurance! My insurance adjuster told me my roof was fine. SafeBay sent out their roof inspector and found 40 loose shingles on a roof the insurance swore was “fine” they finished my roof and left my yard almost SPOTLESS. SafeBay got my claim approved and I paid nothing out of pocket after my insurance tried to drop me and avoid paying out. You guys are really a blessing and with the lifetime warranty now my home office is protected from any leaks. Thank You!!!
