TPC Roofing recently replaced the roof on my home and the entire process, from beginning to end, was smooth and stress free. From the start, Ms. Jenna was professional, friendly, and very thorough. She came out to my house, walked us through the entire process, and took time to explain what my insurance would cover and what I would be responsible for. She was very clear. Throughout the process, she kept me updated regularly, especially while we were waiting for the insurance claim to go through. She contacted me regularly which made everything much easier for us to handle. Finally, we were very satisfied to see our new roof and it looks very nice. I highly recommend working with Ms. Jenna and TPC Roofing.

After Hurricane Ian last year, a large number of the soffits under our roof were blown off from the back and the side of our house. My mother in law recommended Florida Premier Roofing so we decided to go with them too, and they came out and decided that we needed a whole new roof... I'm not even sure that we needed a whole new roof but I wasn't going to question the professionals. Took forever to get the chains moving and when they did come out (a few days after the day we were told they would start work) they began replacing the roof and finished in a couple of days which I think is to be expected...The workers never really communicated with us about what was going on in the process and eventually they left and we were expecting them to come back because we couldn't help but notice that the soffits hadn't been replaced or repaired... and that's what we initially called about in the first place. My wife has called numerous times and can't get a straight answer from them on when they are coming back to finish the job so at this point I guess it is anyone's guess. It is currently July 27th and the work permit was issued back on April 4th... so maybe one day. To WYATT, don't try that. My wife has called multiple times. And on top of that, she was finally contacted back by someone on July 28th, and was told someone would be out here to finish the job on the 8th of August... Update: May 2025 still has not completed the work on the contract. Stop taking down my review! This company does NOT do quality work now. We had a new roof installed in June 2023 and we have 2 leaks and tar stains They are suppose to return and finish work on our home and they don’t return phone calls. They keep your insurance money and have changed their LLC. No my husband and I hired FPR and couldn’t get out of our contract. Got bullied by your attorneys. This is your work. Check again, unless it’s another cover up. The company that came out to paint the inside, which is owned by the same owners of FPR did a trouble job. Not even painters. Paint on the floor. Your attorney knows all about. Would you like me to update weekly?

I had a great experience! Although insurance didn’t payout very fast the end result was good. Roof looks great job was over quickly and I am once again pleased. My sales rep John was the best.

Absolute nightmare experience so far. Started a claim 8 months ago and nothing has happened. Checks have been distributed from my insurance company (I only know that because they emailed me). But there has been absolutely zero communication from anyone. Got me under contract as fast as they could. Bugged me three times a day about it. After the contract I’ve yet to be contacted about anything. If I decide to work with someone else I owe this company $3,000. This has been an absolute waste of 8 months. Stay far away from this company.

Tom and his team with Seamless Gutters did an amazing job installing new gutters for us. Very professional, quality work and great customer service. Highly recommend! Not just for gutters but for roofing, painting, etc…will be doing business with them again.

The regional manager of Florida Premier Roofing, Chris Schwabl was soliciting in my gated community that specifically states "no soliciting". When I kindly noted that I was not interested and asked if he knew that there is no soliciting in the development he stated that he wasn't soliciting. He said "what's going on with your roof man? Everybody in the neighborhood is gettin' a new roof but you." I then proceeded to ask him to leave and then he still persisted. It appeared he was training a new employee as there was another employee present. After not taking no for an answer, I told him I was calling security. In an extremely cocky manner, he said go right ahead. I proceeded to inform security to not let this person in the gate any more due to trespassing and soliciting. Do yourself a favor and find a better roofing company. This person is clearly training his employees to be condescending, rude, and most of all disregarding the rules and guidelines of a community.

I saw my neighbor’s new roof completed. It looked awesome. We called the company they used. We met with Joey Rider. He was our main contact. He was outstanding to work with. He made the process for us so easy. This is the company everyone needs when working with an insurance company. They knew exactly what to do to move the claim forward. Their employees did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up and completed the project quickly. I highly recommend using Tom Domin from Florida Premier Roofing. He and his company handled absolutely everything involved with my complete roof replacement. He worked my insurance claim with his legal team and scheduled my roof replacement with a fantastic and efficient crew that completed the job in only one day. The crew’s work was high quality and they cleaned up everything after completing the job. I also needed new fascia/painting and his team took care of this repair as well. This is updated. The service I received just before and after the recent hurricane was unbelievable fast. Shaylee in the office and Kevin were exceptionally caring. I was under warranty. I now double recommend .............. I checked many places and this company is legit. Our roof installation was initiated by Thomas Domin whom I contacted . He is very thorough and great with follow up. He cares about his customers and spends many hours with customers and driving to do so. Collin in production was also excellent and answered or returned all my calls and emails. He made sure things were done on time. My experience working with Tom to get my new roof was nothing but exceptional. Tom, navigated the entire process from start to finish with my insurance company. He’s very experienced in what he does, very attentive to details, kept us informed at every stage of the process, always take a phone call and respond to any text messages right away. Florida Premier Roofing just completed my re-roof. This company has been very organized and very communicative through out the entire process. Tom is the manager and made sure that I understood the entire process and the job is not done until you are 100% satisfied. The crew worked very hard for three days and finished on Saturday. These guys are the BEST!!! My insurance company was trying to turn down my claim for damage to my roof. I called Fla Premier Roofing and thier attorney's got me a full roof replacement and all I had to pay was my deductible. Calling them was one of the smartest things I have done.

Purchase this 10-year-old house in 2023 and the company had just re-done the roof. The inspection found minor issues which the company fixed promptly under the warranty. Milton has just passed through and while all of my neighbors lost shingles and soffits, nothing moved on my roof.

This company is horrid! I signed a contract with them after hurricane Ian. The insurance company sent them a check months ago. They are greedy and wanted more. Without any contact to my husband or myself they went for more money. I’m still waiting for my roof to be done. No one returns phone calls you get the brush off. You are just a number to them! We asked Premiere for a roof estimate, two years later when we went to get insurance after being dropped and we’re told that a claim had been paid out to premiere. We discovered Premiere had filed a claim on our behalf, was paid by the insurance company but did not complete any work for us or inform us of the claim payment. When we called our insurance company they said claim had been paid out; however we have never heard back from Premiere Roofing no work has ever been done to our property. I started the process with the company in January 2023. They dealt with the insurance company, got the money, and ordered materials in 2 months. We were good to that point. Then, the COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE!!!! I was told to buy a few decking sheets, just in case. I went to Lowes a got them. I was told that we did not need to be there but I took the day off to be there on the build day ( it was pushed a few times due to Florida weather) Anyway, build day was March 21st, and nobody showed up. I called and asked and I was told at 7 pm that the crew went to the wrong job. March 22nd, they came to remove the roof, cut the gutters and screen guards, and left at noon without finishing. They did not use the wood I bought. March 23rd, they were supposed to be there at noon, but no one did. On March 24, they finished, but I was not there, I returned to work after 3 days off. Nobody was there to inspect either. On April 4th I was charged $600 on decking sheets. They did not use the one I was told to buy and they charged double. I could not return it and lost that money plus I had to pay the $600. I called customer service, I wanted to file a complaint but never went through. The gutter screen guards were on the ground until April 6 (16 days) when they came after multiple calls, and just put it on top, they cut it and now it does not work, I need to buy new ones. Now, the interior job is scheduled for January 8, 2024. After a year of dealing with this company, I can't wait for this to be over.
