We just had our roof replaced by Westfall Roofing, and we could not be more impressed with the entire process from start to finish. Our point of contact, Cameron Smith, was knowledgeable, informative, and always quick to answer any questions we had. He walked us through what to expect, gave us clear instructions on how to prepare before the crew arrived, and even came out during the installation to make sure everything was on track and that we didn’t have any concerns. His professionalism and attentiveness really put us at ease. Hector, the foreman, was outstanding. He kept us updated throughout the process, walked us through each step, and documented everything with pictures so we always knew exactly what was happening. He was polite, professional, and incredibly accommodating, especially when it came to pointing out and explaining any additional repairs. Now, the work crew deserves a standing ovation—absolute 10 out of 10! They arrived right on time (6:30 a.m. sharp!) and immediately got to work like a well-oiled machine. Their attention to detail was impeccable. They protected our plants, covered our pool (even though it’s in a screened enclosure), laid out tarps for debris, and continuously cleaned up as they went along. Both days, they left our property tidy—even going the extra mile to blow off sidewalks and pick up debris we hadn’t even noticed. They finished the job in just two days, and the craftsmanship is perfection. The cleanup process was just as impressive. They used magnets to ensure no stray nails were left in the yard, carefully cleaned any roofing material from our siding, and treated our property with the utmost respect. And I added photos after painting. I was very pleased with Westfall from start to finish. I noticed a leak in my ceiling and after I called, Cameron came out the next day, took extensive photos and showed me much of the roof damage, including the probable leak through bolts holding a few solar panels on the roof for the pool, that were now rusty and leaking. The unit was about 14 years old and I told him it could go. I gave him the job without knowing the cost, convinced just from his visit that it would be acceptable. They also advertise on MJ in the Morning on Q105. He came back the next day, I had bought silicone, and he went up and sealed the leaks for me. No charge and WOULD NOT take a tip. The estimate came in at about $16,000 which included a wood allowance of $750, new gutter guards, any repair of fascia, which they did. They used 7 sheets of plywood for repairs. I also got a nice MJ discount, but it went to the gutter guards anyway. I thought it was reasonable for my 2 story house. They had a diligent crew with a supervisor, Venancio, who was pretty much around most of the time to answer questions. I have to say, it was a bit noisy and MESSY, but they did a very nice job cleaning up. Obviously, some plants will get flattened, but they will come back, and you're sure to find a nail or two...I found 3, which wasn't bad. I will be getting a free wind mitigation done next week. I found everything to be well coordinated with no delays or surprises. Overall, I rate them 5 stars and wouldn't hesitate to use them again, which I don't think will happen in my lifetime, or to refer them to others. Planning on painting the outside this week and it should look awesome when done. Also, when you call, someone answers the phone, no voice mail circus. We are extremely disappointed with Westfall Roofing and feel compelled to write this review after months of frustration. In April, they replaced the roof on my elderly mother’s home. From the start, the experience has been marked by poor workmanship, lack of professionalism, and a complete failure in communication. After two attempts to fix those cracked and damaged areas, over 30 tiles are still visibly damaged and the aesthetic quality is terrible. There are gobs of orange caulk everywhere. The work looks rushed and uneven, something that will likely affect the resale value when we go to sell the home. We’ve had multiple appointments scheduled concerning this matter and no one shows up or calls to explain or reschedule. On top of that, we received an email asking for final payment, even though there’s never been a final building inspection. Another example of the lack of follow through on many levels We selected Westfall based on strong online reviews. Even if the cracked tiles and orange gobs are fixed, we will be left with an uneven, unattractive, wavy roof. We don’t write negative reviews lightly, but after being ignored and dismissed for months, this feels like the only way to get the attention of someone at the company who might actually care about their customers. We’ve called their Customer Satisfaction Line already with no return phone call. So I’m hoping that’s not their solution to the problem!

On 2/8/25 I signed a contract with Westfall roofng for a metal roof installation. After several different companies came out to provide estimates I chose to sign a contract with Mike from Westfall Roofng. This contract included total roof replacement, gutters and soffit including plywood tear out of original soffit and replacement of any fascia.When the process of our roof replacement was started, the guys that were on the job were sitting in our lawn chairs in our back yard drinking alcoholic beverages. We later confirmed this by finding a Modelo beer in an orange glove inside one of my hanging plants in the back yard. When we presented this to a supervisor, Buddy, he reported that this is not something that they allow and took the bottle with him. We also sent pictures to Buddy and my husband walked the perimeter of the home with him addressing concerns in the wood along the fascia that we were told would get fixed with the gutter install. This was never addressed again. After the roof was installed, we found a handful of nails in our yard, and a family member visiting us got a nail in their tire from our yard. We also found that our vent for the microwave was not connected properly and had it fixed by another company.When the Soffit and Fascia were scheduled, the plywood was not replaced/removed under the soffit but left to rot and mold under the new soffit as the new soffit was placed over top of it. The gutters were installed, but the pitch was incorrect and accumulated rainwater in the corners not allowing for proper drainage, they also damaged the drip edge of our roof during install of the gutters. We spoke to about 5 different "supervisors" (Chaz, Nolan, Buddy, Brian, Trent) and had several people out to our house. There are multiple issues that need to be addressed, and this company lacks the ability to address our concerns from day one. I do not recommend this company. I had my roof replaced after having hurricane damage to multiple shingles and some tree damage. I chose Westfall Roofing from what my neighbors' roofing results have been and my other 3 estimates, which this one came in the middle. Their service has been great from the initial evaluation, the 1 day install, and thought the follow-up after. I would recommend them to my friends.

An excellent experience from start to finish. I fist talked to John from Sales who came out to the house the next day. He had an estimate to me that same day. There was no hard sell. I got another estimate that was about 20% higher, and it took the other place a week to get back to me. Once I signed the contract, they put me in the queue. John was honest about the scheduling timeframe. Once the crew came, it took them just a little over 2 days to complete. They worked from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The supervisor was frequently on site and kept me updated on everything. The job went as planned and I could not be happier. Also, the customer service provided was the best I have received from anyone doing work at my home in the last 25 years. Very responsive, all phone calls returned promptly, great follow through with arranging inspections. I highly recommend this company.

KT our sales rep was a great guy to start our relationship with Westfall Roofing. He helped us navigate this project along the way. When the time came to get the job done a team of 11 showed up and in 1.7 Days our roof was done (it's a good size roof/ranch home). While I question some of the plywood that was removed and added costs, the quality of the work appears to be very good. It was a much needed upgrade to our home and no leaks so far and we have had a number of significant rains to test it out. My only concern is if we are getting the necessary ventilation attic ventilation from the ridge vents as the openings appear very erratic and narrow/small.I am not so sure that the usual install would have 11 workers on it, they certainly seemed to work hard. At times, and especially day 1, it appeared more like a Military special ops mission vs. a roof tear down and install. They truly knocked it out unlike anything we have seen prior. My neighbor chose Westfall after my referral and they took special care of his new paver driveway and had similar outcome, but a smaller team on his roof. I have to question if I had the normal install team or if we got the SPECIAL OPS team here for our install :-). It's nice to have it all done and behind us.

Putting a roof on and spending this amount of money can be a nerve racking feeling. Westfall roofing had mad this experience feel secure. I'm not sure where to start writing my FIVE STAR review of Westfall Roofing. My wife and I decided to go ahead and replace our roof, since although it was only 8 years old, we were not happy with how it was installed and we had a recurring leak problem in the metal roof that was later built against the existing roof. We saw several commercials for roofing companies and we did some online searches about them and decided to contact Westfall as they are a local company with many years of experience and a solid reputation. Even though they are not exactly the cheapest on the market. One thing I am sure of: it was an incredible experience having my roof done by them, at Westfall Roofing they are an extraordinary team, from the president to the last of their employees. Everyone that was involved with my roof were all professional and friendly; starting with Robert Comer, our Roofing Consultant who kindly and professionally explained to us the possible variants to solve the issue raised as well as field supervisors Robert Kenney who took care of the replacement of the asphalt shingle roof and field supervisor Marc Taylor who was in charge of improving the solution to the metal roof leak, both under the careful supervision of Mr. Brian Holmes. It is impossible not to mention the attention and support provided by Mrs. Anissa Westfall throughout the entire duration of the project, ensuring that our experience was nothing less than complete satisfaction. Now I would like to highlight the true stars of the project, the hard workers who did the magic of executing their tasks expeditiously and professionally from job site preparation to completion of the project under severe inclement weather (extreme heat and then sudden rain) without detriment of the magnificent result that I show in the photos. Overall Westfall Roofing did an outstanding job installing a new roof and new soffit. Juan and Melvin were wonderful to deal with. A company is at its best when they have problems. The workers were very good with cleanup and my roof project was completed in the timeframe quoted to me by my salesman, Andrew. There were a few misunderstandings with price quotes and some minor issues after installation. However, I’d like to specifically commend Brian Holmes for getting involved and immediately working with me to ensure everything was corrected and completed to my satisfaction. David came out to my home in a timely fashion. He gave me a competitive estimate for gutters on the one side of my home without them. They also put leaf guards on my new and old gutters. They did this a couple weeks after the estimate. They did a thorough and clean job in one day. My home is 4750 square feet. Good job Westfall.

The best roofing company so far I have worked with. Salesman David Torres, good customer service and a honest person. He acted the faster to get quotation for me. Front office Mellisa did a good job on scheduling and contacting all stakeholders. Field supervisor also did a good job and fit the schedule as I needed. Will Knox was our salesman, no high pressure sales but once we signed the contract each member of the team kept us informed as to when our roof was schedule to start. The day the men started the replacement Brian Sauls the field supervisor was at our job several times being sure the job was done correctly. When the installers finished Brian had a punch list, gave me a date when everything would be finished. On the scheduled day a team member showed up and did their job. Because of life situations, I had not been able to write my FIVE STAR review regarding Westfall Roofing. I finally have time to tell you about an incredible experience and the amazing Westfall Roofing Team. My Tile roof was done during the summer of 2023, one of the hottest summers in Florida I have ever experienced. It had to be 130 degrees on my tile roof. If the sight of hard-working men getting busy with a roof impresses you, Westfall Roofing is the company you want to do your job. As you may or may not know, a Tile roof on a 4000 Sq Ft home is not an inexpensive job. They started the project by putting wood planks and plastic on my paver driveway to protect it. Then covering plants and shrubs to keep them from getting damaged. Again it was over 95 degrees every day during this job.
