The owner of this company is nothing short of a class act. He came out to estimate a new roof in October after hurricane Milton. Due to many circumstances he wasn't able to get to my roof until March of 2025 at which time he still honored the price he quoted from 2024. He is truly a man of integrity. Using GAF and all the best materials, his hard-working crew did a great job before during and after installing a new roof and new gutters and downspouts. I am so satisfied and absolutely thrilled and pleased with everything, including the price. After numerous estimates and asking neighbors, I chose All Bay. Glad I did! Fair quote and timely. Very polite hard working laborers took 8 hrs to do 2 story split level. I chose the Energy Efficient white with Algae protection. Additionally GAF gives a discount to the military.

Klaus and his team at All bay roofing are truly a class act. Prior to reroofing my house, I went and got eight quotes. There is a significant range, however, Klaus was highly competitive with his price, he showed up in person for the initial consultation. He is very fair, transparent, and very clear this communication. His team of seven was able to complete the roofing job in a single day, passed inspection without any issue, and now I have a wonderful new roof! I would highly recommend Klaus his team to anyone seeking a new roof in the Tampa Bay area. Trust me, I have talked to many roofing contractors and Klaus is a step above all of them.

All-Bay did a total (shingle) re-roof for us. We have a LARGE roof and they arrived at 7 AM the first day and were gone by 3 PM the 2nd day. Roof looks great and they cleaned up nearly perfectly. They are Certified Master Elite GAF installers and they provided an outstanding warranty. We received about 8 or 9 bids and All-Bay was the lowest bidder as well. A bit about customer service - we were unsure about the color we wanted. The owner (and estimator), Klaus found us homes to go look at with the shingles we were considering and then he even went to a house that we found on our own to see what color they had used for that job. Lastly he brought over sample shingles for us to compare. In the end the color worked out perfectly and we really appreciated the above-and-beyond from Klaus!

All Bay Roofing performed a difficult repair for me at a very reasonable price to a very high standard, after another firm had failed to correct the leak. All Bay Roofing installed a new roof for us in 2015. They did a wonderful job, and we have not had any issues with the roof since then. However, yesterday, i noticed the garage ceiling peeling and i immediately called Klaus to see if he could inspect the situation. This morning his associate came over, went up into our attic, climbed up on the roof, and did a full inspection. Happy to report, everything was intact, and the peeling on the garage ceiling was due to the painter not properly priming the ceiling before painting. The point of this review is to give All Bay Roofing an extra 5 stars, 7 years later, because of how they handle a problem, or what i perceived to be a problem. Project was completed in September 2019. Competitive estimate by the owner Klaus Lemke followed with a comprehensive review of the job to be performed and the type of materials and manufacturer to be used with an industry leading warranty included. On the day that the job was to performed, dumpster on wheels is used rather than damaging the driveway with a large dumpster that is placed on the driveway. Stripped one day and new roofing material installed the next day with a synthetic underlayment and GAF 30 year dimensional shingle. Neighbors commented a few days later, that they did not realize that the roof was being repaired for it was quiet with no discernible noise. Is it possible to love a roof? Well it comes close.
