Great experience with Omega Roofer! Mike is extremely honest, courteous, and professional. He is extremely detailed with the process. The prices were very fair and the work quality was top notch! Everyone on the crew was pleasant and professional and took the time to show me everything and answer all of my questions. They made sure I was happy with everything when the work was completed. Michael at Omega Roofing was great from start to finish! We just purchased our home and two weeks later, got a notice from the insurance underwriter that they are cancelling our policy unless we replaced the roof. Not a huge deal, except that they only gave us three weeks to do so. I received quotes from several roofing sales people, but I only got one quote from an actual roofer, Michael Alvarez. He was able to answer all my questions, including the questions I did not know I needed to ask. He walked me through the entire process, explaining all the technical stuff along the way. Because of my situation with the insurance company and being a first time home owner, I had a lot of questions along the way regarding the whole process. These guys are wonderful. I had been dealing with a roof repair for 8 months that was done wrong by a contractor. I had several quotes from other companies that were outrageous and one even said I needed an entirely new roof. Michael came out did the estimate, which was a great price and within 2 weeks his guys were at my house and finished the job in 2 hours and it was done right. No more leak. I will be going back to them with any other roof needs!

I love this company just before Mother's Day, I suprised my mom with a roof for her house as a gift. The reason I love Omega Roofer is because my mom is an elderly lady who needed some reassurance, she had never got her her roof done outside of leak repairs. Omega was one of the easiest roofers I ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The house my family had work done on has been in my family for 3 generations, this is the 2nd roof we had to put on in about 20 years, the previous roofer sold us and could not deliver on the warranty of work when issues later came up years down the road. Suffice to say I was hesitant to go to another roofer, but my wife insisted that we should. In comes Omega Roofer, after several other quotes from other companies I found Omega's to be the most competitive for the quality of work I needed to have done. Even then I wasn't sold, until their guy Mike sat down with me walked through their process of how they could make this work for me and had promise that my family would not be disturbed in the evening hours. It was then and only I decided to give them a shot, and I dont regret it one bit. First off they arrive promptly early each morning and got right to work finishing just before sundown each day with very little mess on the property. By the time they were done, you couldn't even tell they were ever there. I highly recommend Omega Roofer to anyone who needs a roof.

Simply Impressive! In the way they handled my situation to say the least was complicated from the start. I got an old house that ironically never had a roof replacement the previous owners just seem to patch the roof whenever it leaked and called it a day. Anyway just on a whim I called Omega, they came out quickly gave me an estimate and just like I thought it was time for a new roof. The process to get my new roof was simple, inexpensive, and quick. By the time they finished my house looked new with a new roof and paint job that is! Omega Roofer LLC was unprofessional and unethical. For starters, I requested an estimate for a roof repair; instead they emailed me an estimate for a roof replacement. With this estimate, Omega Roofer asked for a copy of my driver's license and for the paperwork to be notarized. After I questioned this practice, Omega Roofer sent a corrected copy of the estimate stating that I didn't need to get it signed or notarized. At this point, I was willing to move forward with the repair. Subsequent to that, several appointments were scheduled between April 11 through May 7, 2020. To my disappointment, the workers never showed up, nor did I receive any phone calls or explanations. I was the one who consistently called their office to inquire about the no-shows and lack of communication. Time after time, I received nothing but excuses. On May 8, 2020, Omega Roofer sent workers to my home without notice. That morning, I heard banging on my roof, so I went outside to see who was making the noise. I was surprised to find workers on top of my roof. Due to the language barrier, we could not properly communicate. The workers were unidentified and quite unclear about the scope of work. The roof installation is fine. After the installation however we got heavy rain and the gutters overflowed. I had someone come out to inspect and clean the gutters and the workmen had removed and thrown away the leaf guards that were installed and the gutters were littered with nails and nail packaging. Although a new company Omega has delivered on everything they said they were going to do. I am so happy I decided to give them a shot, they were professional to a T, they were always on time with no mess and no issues. To sum up my experience with a Omega in a few words: EXTREMELY HELPFUL PERIOD! I know little to next to nothing about roofing, after doing some checking online I found Omega roofer. I of course read their reviews on every other website they were tied to, and it was then I felt confident enough to give them a shot. Most of the time when I hire out a company it's a crapshoot, but this time it was different. The guy that came to my home walked me through the entire process of the estimate, job paperwork, etc.. in about 30 minutes. It was a quick process, my entire roof was done in a couple of days with no cleanup by me afterward. A seamless process to say the least, I would absolutley recommend Omega roofer because they were so helpful.

After reviewing the work that has been done on my house. I would have to say Omega are absolute professionals at their craft. I found them very easy to work with, from the estimator to dealing with their work force who were not as loud as I thought they would be. It really was a pleasure to work with them thank you Omega!

There are roofers and then there is Omega. I like these guys they delivered on everything they said they were going to do, and did it ahead of schedule. I have never had a more simple experience. Their people were so personable, I wish I could hire them and refer them for other things I needed done for my house. Their lead guy who had ran point on the estimate and supervised the job was name Michael and he was very professional like military grade professional and spoke english. There wasnt a question he couldnt answer and his availability seem like it was 24/7, which made it easy for me to relax because I'm kind of a control freak lol. The work was done quickly with no mess left in my yard, I was impress. Personally I dont think anyone can beat their quality of work compared to their price. Im just saying!

As a first time home owner I knew I needed a new roof when water stains started appearing on the ceiling. I had 6 roofers come over for estimates and I chose Omega Roofer because Michael Alvarez, the owner, took the time to answer 3 pages of questions about materials used, installation and other details pertinent to the job. Michael is very patient, kind, professional and friendly. He's not like a used car salesman wanting to rush you into a sale. Very polite and understanding. I was very impressed by his knowledge and experience in roofing. Especially when he described how the valleys would have flashing also besides the peel and stick underlayment. Details, descriptions of materials used, methods used and communication are paramount with me. He also protected the landscaping and other areas by covering them with tarps. The driveways also were protected by rubber tires on a dumpster truck. He really cares about your property. The crew were great and fast. Got done in a day and a half. Perimeter was cleaned up, magnets used and the new roof looks sensational! The price was reasonable compared to others and a great value on a good buy. I would definitely hire them again if I needed another roof. I stayed home with my dog and the noise wasn't bad at all. I chose a white roof with black trim. Really makes a statement on a yellow house with black shutters. Michael sent a link for designing your home which gives you ideas for colors available to add curb appeal to your home. I had a great experience. I was expecting it to take a really long time and for my yard to be a mess for a while but I was amazed on how they kept the roofing tiles in neat piles and on how professional the workers were.
