From start to finish Regal Roofing was amazing to work with. Josh took the time to explain everything from start to finish and always answer our calls and emails when had questions. The process was very simple and up front. The crew showed up exactly when they said would and were extremely diligent and thorough. Ariel the crew leader explained everything as he went. I cannot say enough good things about Regal Roofing. After sustaining hurricane damage to our roof, we called several companies to obtain quotes. Josh at Regal Roofing was the only one who took the time to walk us through the process, the material he uses, the reason why, and answer all our questions. Through the entire process he stayed in regular communication with us. The team that completed the roof did a phenomenal job. They were timely, professional, and left the site immaculate after they were done. Both honest and very knowledgeable, a rare combination. We just moved into a house with an older roof and skylights - not quite to the point of replacement but getting close. I called a few companies to inspect everything to make sure we did not need immediate repair or replacement, particularly with the skylights. We had some other companies try to push sales, did not know what they were talking about, and a few were so obviously over priced that it was insulting. Then Josh from Regal Roofing showed up and was clearly better than of everyone else we met. Josh inspected the roof and skylights, said we should wait before performing any work since there was sufficient life left on the roof and skylights (why spend money when you don't have to), and suggested a few actions to extend the life of the roof. I don't write reviews too often, but you don't meet contractors or roofers like Josh too often either. 5 stars all day.

Had roof replaced by Crown in January 2019. Met with 4 sales reps before deciding on Crown. Very please with results: price good, product excellent and service beyond expectations. Crew started early and completed work same day, they were very respectful and careful on our property. Josh worked with us in making unexpected repairs to the wood under the shingles. Seven years ago we got the most affordable quote from him to put a new roof on our house and detached garage, After Hurricane Milton dropped a tree across both the house and garage, he once again was the most affordable quote. We did not hesitate to use his company the second time after the good experience we had the first time. It has been a great experience to deal with a honest, down to earth contractor after our recent experience. I was able to get a Rebate for being a Veteran thru GAF Shingles thru him.
